Day 3 in Food

I continue to be impressed by the cuisine in Rome, and today I enjoyed two standard dishes, prepared in the Italian style.
LUNCH: Bolognese: If there were an Italian equivalent to my High School’s dish named “Johnny Marzetti,” it would be Bolognese. The meal consisted of Alfredo noodles covered in a sauce of hamburger and sausage.
DINNER: For dinner, I enjoyed ravioli stuffed with spinach, which was good, but not outstanding. The meal lacked the fresh, homemade taste that I have encountered in Rome so far. Tomorrow, I hope to try some lasagna. Thanks, and Goodnight.
